Brenden was great on dispatch, told me a driver would be here asap but if they got a police call they would let me know. Lucky for me that did not happen so I had a driver show up in just under 40 minutes (amazing response time for any tow service these days). Driver Jamie was great as well he had me taken care of in less than 10 minutes. CTS is one of the best in the area, would recommend.

Excellent service, Miguel was on time with great communication and fast. He moved my 40ft container for me and maneuvered it right where I needed it at my new yard. Would recommend any day.

On Wednesday, we had a service call with CTS Towing, and they sent out a gentleman named Chris. We were extremely happy with Chris’s service, professionalism, and wonderful personality. He was friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make the situation easier for us. I would highly recommend Chris and CTS Towing to anyone who needs their services. A huge thank you to Tina, overnight dispatch, for her assistance with connecting me to the right information to get my vehicle back from another tow company. (Their dispatch was not nice at all and quite frankly hostile at one point.) She didn't have to, but she did and it means a lot. Tow companies tend to have a bad reputation, but CTS has earned every bit of their positive reviews to me. Thank you also to Destiny and Bernie for a great working relationship with my company - we appreciate them!

I try not to give bad reviews. First, the guy that towed away our wrecked car was great. No complaints. But the manager at the Clearwater office was so very rude. I called ahead to release our car to insurance and let her know that I was coming to get some things from my husband's car. After driving for over 30 minutes, I could not access the car without him present, although I presented the registration and even the citation my son got. I suggested that in the future, she should let callers know that only the registered owner can access the vehicle. Apparently that was too difficult for Debbie. She told me that the insurance adjuster should have told me that. I called my insurance adjuster, who said she'd never heard of a spouse being unable to access a vehicle at a tow yard. Debbie at CTS claimed it was the law. A normal human would have said, "Oh, I'm so sorry you drove all the way here and wasted your time. I wish there was something I could do, but my hands are tied...." No. Debbie was rude from start to finish. The City of Clearwater should stop doing business with a company that allows its managers to speak to people so rudely.
